For example, let’s assume that today is Friday and your departure to the airport is scheduled for 3:00 a.m. on the night from Friday to Saturday. You will receive an SMS confirmation today (Friday) evening.
If you want to add additional addresses to the reservation, use the “Additional comments” field at last step in the form. You can also enter additional telephone numbers for passengers from these addresses.
Yes, absolutely, but please bear in mind that with larger amounts of luggage there may be a problem with space in the trunk. In such a case, the ordering party bears the risk of our inability to provide the service and our inability to arrive at the airport on time.
After leaving the baggage claim area and ready to go, contact your driver who is waiting for you near the airport. The car will arrive after approximately 2 minutes at the arrivals exit of the terminal. A convenient place to stop is the third lane (counting from the terminal building) – in the first lane there are taxis waiting, in the second you will see a bus stop, and the third is the place where our driver will stop.
When you have collected your luggage and are ready to go, contact the driver waiting in the parking lot. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to stop by the arrivals terminal (Terminal C), so turn left and walk towards Terminal B – our employee will be able to stop there safely. The distance to walk is approximately 100 m.

You can walk a dozen or so meters to the right – there are usually fewer travelers there and more space to stop.

First of all, don’t worry! We monitor the flights of our passengers and sometimes we know before they know that the plane will be delayed. Remember that the driver will always pick you up from the airport and will not leave without you. In the event of a long flight delay or other factors beyond our control, you may have to wait a little longer for our vehicle. In case of delays longer than a few hours or flight cancellation, please send us an SMS or Whatsapp.
Due to the fact that we provide individual passenger transport, the vehicle stops at the address indicated by the passenger(s) during the booking. In short – we go from your home to the terminal door.
Yes, we have boosters for older children and three sizes of seats – we have carriers for the smallest children, and seats for slightly older and larger minors. Tell us the number and age of children, and our driver will arrive with the children’s seats installed, prepared according to the order.
Unfortunately, ride sharing is not possible. In exceptional cases, we can combine the rates of two different reservations after obtaining the consent of all interested parties – in such cases we usually provide a discount.
Short answer: our office, unless the client requests otherwise. We suggest our passengers the appropriate time to reach the airport safely and in plenty of time (it is recommended to arrive usually 2 to 2.5 hours before departure). If the client wishes to arrive at the airport earlier, we will, if possible, postpone the departure to the time requested by him. However, we do not recommend leaving later than we suggest – in such a case, we make the change at the passenger’s full risk. Please note that the driver may, on his own initiative, call you a few hours before departure and suggest setting off earlier due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic jam, accident, unfavorable weather conditions, etc.).
Yes, all our drivers speak communicative English. Almost every day we pick up someone who doesn’t speak Polish, so this is our daily bread. Of course, there is no problem with picking up people who do not speak Polish or English – the driver will surely be able to handle it!
The driver always calls or writes an SMS to a passenger waiting for transport several minutes before arrival. So there is no need to stand in front of the house waiting for the vehicle to arrive. Please note that minor delays caused by unpredictability of road traffic are part of land transport, but we try to always be on time.
