How to understand data in the table?

The prices in the table above refer to a one-way journey from Opole to the airport or from the airport to Opole. Each price listed above is the cost of travel for all passengers in your booking.

Example 1: you are traveling alone from Opole to the airport in Wrocław, one-way trip. The price you will pay is PLN 299.

Example 2: a family of three is traveling one way from the airport in Katowice to Opole. They will also pay PLN 299 in the end. The cost per passenger is approximately PLN 100 one way.

Example 3: you are going on holiday with your friends, 7 people in total. The departure is from Warsaw and you want to order transport to the airport and pick up from the airport upon return. The final cost of your reservation for all 7 people in both directions is PLN 2398 (2 x PLN 1199). Converting this cost per passenger, it comes to 1199 / 7 = PLN 170 one way, or about PLN 340 round trip. In other words, each of you will ultimately pay PLN 340.

If you want to order a ride from several addresses in Opole (i.e. each passenger boards at his or her home), PLN 20 should be added to the base price for each additional address (in the case of an economy-class passenger car) or PLN 30 (in the case of an economy class bus). This also applies to situations in which the route leads through other towns where passengers with reservations board.

Example 4: employees of a certain company in Opole are going on a business trip from Krakow. A total of 8 people are traveling, and each wants to board at a different address in the city. The cost of the trip will be PLN 699 (for the bus to Krakow) + 7×30 = PLN 210 (7 additional addresses, PLN 30 each) = PLN 909 for all passengers. The cost per employee will then be 909/8 = PLN 113.

Example 5: three families are going on holiday together, 8 people in total, their departure is from Katowice, and the reservation is only one-way. Four people board in Opole, two in Krapkowice and two in Gogolin. Therefore, PLN 60 should be added to the base price of the route from Opole through Krapkowice and Gogolin to the destination airport (2 x PLN 30 for each additional stop in Krapkowice and Gogolin). The total cost of the trip will be: PLN 499 (bus from Opole) + PLN 70 (surcharge for an additional number of km) + PLN 60 (surcharge for two additional stops according to prices for an economy class bus) = PLN 629 for all passengers, i.e. approximately PLN 78 for 1 passenger one way.

The cost of travel from other towns is calculated based on the additional kilometers that our vehicle must travel from the base in Opole to the town where passengers board and then to the selected airport. This means that passengers traveling from Strzelce Opolskie will pay a small amount if they want to go to the airport in Katowice or Kraków (it’s almost “on route”), but the additional payment will be higher in the case of a trip to Wrocław (our car goes from the base in Opole to Strzelce). , and then in the opposite direction to Wrocław). Last minute – if there is less than 24 hours left from booking to travel, we add an additional PLN 50.

Example 6: let’s assume it’s Saturday, 3 p.m. You want to book a one-way trip for 2 people from Katowice to Opole, the plane lands in Katowice on Sunday morning at 9.00. It will take less than 24 hours from booking to arrival, so the cost of the trip will be PLN 349 for both people, or about PLN 150 per person.

Example 7: let’s assume this time that it is Wednesday, 8 p.m. You are ordering a transfer from Opole to the Warsaw airport for 3 people. The plane departs on Thursday at 8 p.m. There is exactly 24 hours between the order and the flight, the journey from Opole will start around 2:30 p.m. (i.e. 18.5 hours after placing the order) to catch the flight. Ultimately, in this case, there will be no last minute surcharge, because exactly 24 hours will pass from the moment of booking to departure, so the cost of the trip will not change and will amount to PLN 899 for three passengers in an economy class car, i.e. approximately PLN 300 per person one way.
